We are pleased to offer group rates at our host venue, the Courtyard® & Towneplace Suites® Toronto Northeast/Markham. Room rates apply for Monday, May 12 – Thursday, May 15, 2025.
Delegates can choose from two room types:

The travel period begins on Tuesday, May 06, 2025 and ends on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
For North America 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares and higher. For International Travel 10% on standard fairs and higher.
Travelling by train?
Travelling by train? VIA Rail Canada is the country’s national passenger rail service and they have partnered with us to offer a great rate to conference attendees. Please read the following details to take advantage of a 10% off code:
VALID: May 8th to May 19th 2025
TERRITORY: From all stations throughout the VIA system to Toronto and return.
RESTRICTIONS: Fare applies to a maximum of two passengers per booking.
DISCOUNT: 10% off the best available fare in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus, Sleeper class. (Subject to the conditions and restrictions of the fare plan to which the additional discount is being applied.)
EXCEPTION: Discount does not apply in any Escape fares and Prestige Class.
