The Taste of Place Summit is the global summit where destination and economic developers, managers, thought leaders and marketers meet to build their tastes of place, unlocking the positive power of growing culinary tourism.

Learning Journeys

Embark on an adventure to discover Québec’s tastes of place! Delegates will choose from one of five carefully curated learning journeys: farm-to-table experiences in Montérégie, the Eastern Townships, or the Laurentians, plus two different explorations in the city to explore Montréal’s urban agriculture scene or its iconic Jewish cuisine.

Experience tours and tastings and meet the growers, producers, and chefs behind it all, gaining tips and insights along the way. Lunch and transportation are included.

Network with destination developers, thought leaders, marketers and stakeholders from across the culinary tourism value chain to share strategies and learn how to grow your tastes of place.

Our lineup of speakers and discussion panels will give delegates insights and inspiration to unleash the power of growing culinary and agritourism in their operations and destinations.

The Main Stage program will be presented in both official languages. Translation devices will be available.
